溴蒸气掺杂聚苯乙炔的导电性能

Electrical conductivity of polyphenylacetylene doped by bromine vapor

摘要: 通过溴蒸气的吸附,聚苯乙炔(PPA)的电导率比吸溴前提高近12个数量级.将溴掺杂的粉末样品压片成型后发现其电导率随时间的增加而提高.固体紫外光谱、红外光谱和X光电子能谱表明溴与PPA之间存在较强的共轭作用,形成了电子转移复合物;溴掺杂有利于增大PPA的共轭程度,提高PPA的电导率;压力作用有助于增强溴对PPA的掺杂效应.

Abstract: Through absorption of bromine vapor, the electrical conductivity of Polyphenylacetylene (PPA) enhanced by 1012 times. After pressing the bromine doped powder sample into pellet, we found that the conductivity of the samples increased with time. UVVis spectra, IR, and XPS spectra indicated that strong conjugation effect exists between PPA and bromine, and Charge Transfer Complex (CTC) is formed in PPA after doping; bromine doping increases the conjugation of PPA and improves its conductivity; the pressure can promote the doping effect of bromine on PPA.
