红海苏丹港海洋原油码头Bashayer II海域浮游生物种群结构的初步研究

摘要

压舱水对于船舶的运行和安全至关重要. 外来物种能通过船舶压舱水转移到其它海域, 给当地的海洋生物以及海洋生态系统平衡带来不利的影响, 甚至威胁人类健康. 苏丹港原油码头Bashayer II位于红海, 国际海运可能会影响当地浮游植物群落结构以及由船舶压舱水引入的外来浮游植物. 2013年, 每月在压舱水区域(A)和非压舱水区域(B)通过拖网采集浮游植物样本, 进行显微镜观察和计数. 在此次研究中, 发现了5门26科44属70余种浮游植物, 其中包括16种有害浮游植物. 夏季占主导地位的浮游植物优势种为蓝藻门束毛藻属浮游植物, 而冬季为硅藻门浮游植物, 甲藻的种群生物量在整个调查期间保持稳定. 调查结果表明, 观察到的所有浮游植物均为红海本地种, 未发现外来种. 此外, 在所有采样时间中, 两个站位的浮游植物组成之间均未发现显着差异(p>0.05). 本研究首次对红海苏丹港Bashayer II浮游植物群落结构开展调查, 为苏丹红海沿岸的浮游植物种类以及与船舶压舱水有关的浮游植物的长期观测提供了基础数据.
