FOCUS OF THIS SPECIAL ISSUE

The special issue will focus on the core areas related to machine learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) with the emphasis on exploring the intersection of statistical methods and applications for challenges in ML and AI.

We anticipate receiving the latest research development or review papers on ML and AI on the topics of (not limited to)

• Innovative algorithms for AI systems,

• Optimization methods for AI,

• Intelligent system applications,

• Statistical methods to enhance the robustness, reliability, and resilience of AI,

• Integrated statistical AI methods to advance scientific discovery,

• Data reduction techniques for AI,

• Efficient data collection for AI,

 We will aim for an expediated review process once the submission is received.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

• Manuscripts can be new methodology or review paper, but not under review by other journals.
• Submissions should follow the journal’s submission guidelines.
• Authors are invited to submit completed papers at https://www.editorialmanager.com/tstf/default2.aspx .
