EGSB反应器处理城市污水的工艺特性研究

Process characteristics of EGSB for municipal sewage treatment

摘要: 在进水水质相对稳定的情况下,研究EGSB反应器处理城市污水的启动性能和运行效果,并分析了影响反应器运行的因素.结果表明, EGSB反应器在45 d 内能够有效启动,其中对CODCr和NH3 -N的去除率分别为58.8%和32.9%;同时氨氮和亚硝氮的去除率由负转正,厌氧氨氧化性能随装置启动运行而逐渐增强.EGSB反应器在常温下的运行效果稳定良好,CODCr平均去除率为66.6%,NH3 -N,NO2- -N和NO3- -N的平均去除率均达到90%,系统表现明显的厌氧氨氧化性能.出水水质达到了《中华人民共和国国家标准污水综合排放标准一级排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的要求.通过对影响因素分析可知,本EGSB反应器的HRT不宜低于2 h,回流比不宜大于400%.

Abstract: The start-up and operation performances of EGSB were investigated for municipal sewage treatment, and the key operational parameters were also analyzed. After 45 days, EGSB could be started-up effectively with the removal of CODCr and NH3 -N being 58.8% and 32.9%, respectively. In the mean time, the removal efficiency of ammonia and nitrite were from negative to positive, and the anammox strengthened gradually. It was also found that the reactor operated well at ambient temperature with the average CODCr removal efficiencies of 66.6%. The average removal efficiencies of NH3 -N, NO2- -N and NO3- -N were up to 90% and the anammox appeared markedly in this system. The quality of the effluent in the system could meet grade I of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978—1996). It was suggested that the HRT of EGSB in operation is less than 2 h and the reflux ratio less than 400%.
