摘要: 在细胞间隙连接处于自组织临界状态的假定下建立细胞间隙连接通讯模型,由此模型讨论了作为敏感区域的细胞膜在细胞通讯中所起的信息汇、信息闸和信息通道的作用,以及工频电磁场通过对间隙连接的作用而使细胞通讯功能受到抑制.利用实验数据进行了定量分析,得到与实验比较符合的结果.

Abstract: We establish a theoretical model of gap junctional intercellular communication (GJIC) and its suppression effect by electric-magnetic fields. The model is based on the self-organized critical states of cells and gap junction, and we also discuss the information sink, information lock, information channel, which play essential rules in communicative function of the cell membrane and the EM effect. The result can be used to explain the experiment data and the suppression of GJIC by 50 Hz magnetic field.
