摘要: 在某些大型灾害事件发生之前或之后,需要对受影响人员进行大规模地疏散.本文在最短路径算法的基础之上,提出了一种新型的有组织撤离算法.实验表明,此算法能有效地缩短平均等待时间和总疏散时间,从而为有关部门在防灾减灾规划中提供决策支持.

Abstract: In response to extreme disasters, it is necessary to evacuate people to safe places. This paper presented a new approach to planning for an organized evacuation based on the shortest path algorithm. Experiments were conducted and the results demonstrated that both average waiting time and total evacuation time are shortened with this algorithm. The approach can be applied by decision making authorities in planning for disaster prevention and mitigation.
