摘要： 引入局部 AT-代数的定义, 并证明了一个C*-代数是局部AT-代数当且仅当它是AT-代数. 给出
AT-代数的某些性质, 利用这些性质可计算它们的投影等价类所形成的半群.

Abstract: This paper introduced the concept of a local AT-algebra and proved that a C*- algebra is a local AT-algebra if and only if it is an AT-algebra. Properties of AT-algebra conerning their semigroups formed by the equivalence classes of projections were studied.
