大宁河回水区初级生产力的季节变化

Seasonal variation of primary productivity in the Daning River backwater area

摘要: 2009年6月6~11日(水华期)和2010年1月18~22日(枯水期)对三峡支流大宁河回水区进行了初级生产力及相关环境因子的研究,分析了初级生产力的季节变化及影响因素.结果表明:水温、DO饱和率、SPC(电导率)、pH和TUR(浊度)在不同水文期差异显著.水华期的初级生产力和叶绿素a(Chl-a)含量显著大于枯水期(ANOVA, p <0.05).枯水期Chl-a和 PN (净生产量)、 PG (毛生产量)的垂直分布差异不显著, PN 、PG的垂直分布和Chl-a不存在明显的对应关系,Chl-a含量的最大值大多出现在水面下9 m,而 PN 和 PG 的最大值出现在水面下0~3.0 m之间.水华期Chl-a和PN、 PG 的时空分布差异显著(ANOVA, p <0.05), PN、PG 和Chl-a垂直分布表现出对应关系.最高值均大多出现在水面下0~0.8 m之间.进一步研究分析表明TUR(水中悬浮颗粒)和温度是影响大宁河回水区初级生产力的主要因素,pH、SPC和DO饱和率在一定程度上受到浮游植物生理作用影响.

Abstract: Seasonal variation of primary productivity and its causing factors were investigated during the algae bloom period and dry season in the backwater area of the Daning River, a branch of the Three Gorges, China. The results indicate that most of the investigated physico-chemical parameters, including water temperature, DO concentration (saturation), SPC (specific conductivity), pH, TUR (Turbidity), etc., in the Daning River are significantly different between the algae bloom period and dry season (ANOVA,  p<0.05). The results suggest that primary productivity and chlorophyll-a in algae bloom period are higher than those in the dry season(ANOVA, p <0.05). The vertical distribution of PG (Gross primary productivity), PN (net production) and Chl-a(chlorophyll-a) were not significantly different. The maximum of chlorophyll-a concentrations were observed at 9 m underwater, and the maximun of PN 、 PG were observed from 0 m to 3 m underwater. The results indicate that the Daning River backwater area has a high spatial and temporal heterogeneity in the gross primary productivity, net production and chlorophyll-a. The maximun of gross primary productivity, net production and chlorophyll-a were observed from 0 m to 0.8 m underwater. The results suggest that the water temperature and turbidity are key regulatory factors for primary production. The changes of pH, DO concentration (saturation) and SPC may be the results of the change of the phy-toplankton.
