Tacit knowledge transfer simulation based on the cellular automata

Abstract: The paper solved the simulating about tacit knowledge transfer by using the cellular antomata model.The neighbor space was changed to simulate the tacit knowledge transfer within the organizatianal structure. Through the collection of the relevant data, the transfer laws and characteristics on the tacit knowledge can be revealed.
