Abstract: A cryptographic voting scheme based on discrete logarithm is proposed in this paper. The voting scheme bearing the following characteristics:voting can not be falsified or denied;the voter has complete control of his own private key and need not share the key with others;the decision of each voter is kept secret.So this new voting scheme is especially suitable for the final decision-making process of an organization;
