cDNA Cloning and Sequence Analysis of Human Ring-finger DTX2(Chinese)

Abstract: A WWE & RING finger gene, DTX2, located in human chromosome 7q11.23 was identified. Evaluation of fulllength cDNA obtained by RACE showed that it encoded a protein composed of two WWE domains and a RING domain.
