Application of ISO/IEC 19796 Standard in the Project of Teacher Education’s Innovation Platform

Abstract: Firstly, this paper introduced the project and the Reference Framework for the Description of Quality Approaches (RFDQ) which was proposed by ISO/IEC 19796 Standard. Secondly, it described the application and guidance of need analysis and framework analysis in the project. Lastly, in order to provide tuition-free normal college students and primary and secondary school teachers with excellent learning and teaching resources, it ensured innovation project′s construction quality from the standpoint of products, services and solutions.
